NME Kennels is a small family-owned breeder program operated by Nancy Martin (owner/breeder) and Jennifer Duncan (Kennel Manager/Handler). Nancy has been showing and breeding dogs since 1975. She began showing Weimaraners in both Confirmation and Obedience. She is focused on breeding and raising the healthiest, most intelligent, and loving animals possible.
Please note, we are NOT scammers; we are a legitimate small kennel. Anyone interested in a puppy, or a dog is always welcome to request a virtual call and/or a tour of our facilities. We will be happy to provide references of our character, etc.
We pride ourselves on keeping to the breed standards with the betterment of the breed being at the forefront of our programs. By keeping the program small it allows the focus to be on:
- Cultivating socialization
- Playfulness
- Friendly
- Dog door trained
- Potty pad trained
- Downright spoiled rotten puppies and dogs
Our puppies are shown from the time they are 3 months old. All litters are:
- ASDR (Australian Shepherds) or AKC (French Bulldogs)
- DNA full panel tested (Australian Shepherds EMBARK) (French Bulldogs ANIMAL GENETICS)
- Up-to-date on all vaccines
- Started on wormer, heartworm and appropriate flea & tick prevention
All litters come with an awesome goody bag
…to help any pet owner from novice to repeat customer. The goody bag may contain:
- Copy of the pedigree
- Email to DNA test results (Australian Shepherd EMBARK) or copy of (ANIMAL GENETICS) panel results or other panel results for French Bulldogs
- Puppy’s health records
- Health check for out-of-state travel
- A doggie blanket
- Purina starter kit
- Quart size bag of Purina puppy food
- Recommendations for supplements
- A toy
- And a bag to carry it all in
- Other items as deemed necessary
Our puppies are born and raised in Nancy’s home. They are given the best possible medical and nutritional care. We strive to make the best match possible between our puppies/dogs and potential buyer. NOTE: Not everyone qualifies to own one of our fur babies.
We are very selective as to who our babies go home to. You are invited to submit an application and we will review your application and follow up with a phone conference (Skype / Zoom / Facetime) to further determine your likes and requirements.
In the event an unforeseen situation occurs we reserve the first right of refusal. This means that we will be the first contact in the event of any unfortunate circumstances.
Once you leave with your new fur baby, it’s not over; we like to keep in touch to see how the relationship is progressing, and to answer any questions or concerns. We will always be available for advice or information. This is a FUREVER relationship. Once a client… always a client and you become a part of the NME family. We absolutely love these breeds. We cherish them, admire their sheer beauty, appreciate their cunning intelligence and embrace their undying love and devotion. They go where we go, or we don’t go.

Healthy puppies are of the utmost importance to us but sometimes things happen; Mother Nature has different ideas. If there’s a problem, it becomes evident by the time the puppy reaches 8 weeks old and is vet checked. If there’s a problem after that, it’s not because we are bad breeders. It’s just that nature has other ideas and has more power than us.
